Getting a dye for the first time
Dear Diary,
Today i visited the hair salon located near my house vicinity which was just beside the market to get a dye for the first time. I was very excited and could not wait for it to be done. There were three 'hunks' in the salon and i am referring to the hair stylists, all of them greeted me and i told them that i would like to highlight just the upper parts of my hair and fringe. This senior hairstylist from china named Ryan ushered me to get a seat and then we discussed the colour i wanted for my hair which would also complement my fair skin tone. I decided to go for dark copper brown and he went to prepare the stuff. I did not want to dye too much of my hair for fear of a disastrous look which will not turn out the way i like and since it was the first time i was getting a dye, i thought i would maybe at the meantime highlight a little bit of it just to play safe. Throughout the process he chatted along casually with me and i told him it was the first time i was getting a dye and he smiled and went on to say that the first time he dyed his own hair was when he was only 15 and i thought that was quite a young age to do that. The way he carried on with his work was serious and i sort of admired his professionalism. Aluminium foils were used to wrapped up parts of my hair that had been dyed and i was asked to wait for around 10 minutes before i proceeded to wash my hair and got it blow-dried. The result? I liked it and kept looking at the mirror to admire my new hair look. Having done that i paid, thanked the hairstylist and left. Back home i could not help but keep continuing to look into the mirror to admire my hair colour from all angles. Lol... I felt happy and could not wait to show it to my family members. Right now my mother and father has seen it and said that the colour looked nice on my hair and suited me and the only one who has not seen it is my brother and i'm still waiting for him to come back=/

I can't wait for tomorrow
Dear Diary,
Tomorrow is my brother's birthday and his girlfriend and my whole family will be celebrating it with him at pulau ubin and i can't wait to be there. i stayed at home for most of the day and spent most of the time surfing the web. As i was browsing through my secondary school classmates' account at facebook, it struck me how much most of them have changed in terms of their appearance. One of my classmates in particular who is very pretty posted many pictures of herself with her friends and boyfriend. She has become much prettier and had a great fashion sense too. I like her long and permed hair, it looks so nice and it must not be easy to maintain that hairstyle. I tell you, her boyfriend is so suave and i'm sure all girls would fight to be his girlfriend haha...I think they make a good couple.. a pretty girl and a handsome guy being together..haha..i wish i can be as pretty as her and i'm so envious lol. Today is Valentine's day and it's over finally. Ok fine, i'm single and there's no one to go out with on this day lol. Anyway i had a short chat with Shirley and guess what, she'll be coming over to my house early in the morning to apply light make-up for me haha. I just can't wait for tomorrow...earlier on i watched this youtube video on three ang mohs bullying an old trishaw rider in singapore and it irked me to see the way they all treated and despised the old man..they were recording the video and laughing all the way, behaving like immatures. They did not even pay the money to the old uncle and pretended nothing happened, making the old man walking around them to get the money, as if treating him like a fool..i feel so sorry for the old man and those three maggots even had the nerve to upload the video onto youtube. They think as if they own the world and have the right to bully anyone. I'm still so angry at their actions and fuming hard..i hope god punishes them someday. Ok i guess i'll stop here and go to sleep as i need to wake up early tomorrow and prepare everything, goodnite all.

Dear Diary,
Woohoo i'm so happy!!! i finally have photoshoots of myself for the first time and it's my dream yeah..I've always wanted to see how i'd look in the shoots and Shirley did it for me, so you could have guessed how happy i felt when she offered to do it for me. She even let me pick out the beautiful clothes from her blogshop to wear for the shoot and i chose this versatile black top which can be worn as a tube top and a halter-neck top. After wearing it, she put on makeup on my face, helped me accessorize and we were ready to head downstairs to take the shoots haha. I tried and did many different poses and the camera flashed before my eyes many times and i felt like a glamorous star or celebrity, the feeling was great and when we were done we went back to her house upstairs. She then uploaded all my photos onto the computer and i could not wait to see them. I was surprised by how i looked with makeup, should i say i looked more feminine and matured? Haha..anyway i loved all the photos and i picked out the ones i liked and Shirley helped edited them to make them look better. Finally when the photos were edited, she uploaded them onto my friendster account. The ones i uploaded here onto my blog were my favourite ones yeah..pretty? Haha lol..nevertheless i thank Shirley for everything she has done and her photography skills were awesome yeah..

Dear Diary,
Today was quite unexpected as my brother's girlfriend messaged me to let me know that she would be coming to my house to celabrate my brother's birthday and that she would be bringing some friends along. She had already bought the birthday cake from Swenson and would be leaving it in the fridge in my house first. She arrived shortly after around 11pm with a friend of hers whose name was Eunice and began setting up the preparations as in spreading out and securing the groundsheets, putting up ballooons as well as writing birthday messages on them. I joined them some time later and helped pen down the birthday messages onto the balloons with markers..then Shirley and her friend went down to buy food and drinks while i stayed guard at the area and waited about 15 minutes for them. They bought many packets of plain rice and some dishes which consisted of sweet and sour pork, garlic chicken and prawns. Shortly after, my brother and his male friends arrived and we sang birthday song to him, he made his wishes over the vanilla cake and blew out the candles. It was time for us to dig in! After cutting the cakes and passing everyone their share, we ate the cake which was quite nice. Then we went on to eat the other food which was tasty as well haha. Then we chatted for a while and i decided to head back home to watch a horror show and they played games and had a great time. After watching the show, my brother poped in to ask me to takepicture for them and i agreed, so i stepped out agn to take picturefor them. They went home after that and we said goodbye to each other. Everyone had a great and fantastic time and that was all for the day haha..

A day in pulau ubin with my bro and his girlfriend
Dear Diary,
Today was so fun yeah..went out with my brother and his girlfriend to pulau ubin and had the time of our lives. we took the mrt and then transferred to bus no.2 to changi village before taking the tongkang to the island..the boat ride took abt 10min and as we stepped onto the land of pulau ubin the first thing we did was to take photographs along the jetty..there were many tourists, mostly of them are ang mohs, there were many stray dogs too..after that we booked two different bicycles, one was the normal one and the other one was the two-seater type which wasfor me because i do not know how to cycle lol..when we have pushed our bicycles to the main road we set off in them excitedly..my brother and i took the two-seater one(with me behind)..it was quite tiring at times especially when we have to 'overcome' the slopes by cycling real hard..haha..as we rode we viewed the beautiful scenery and enjoyed the wind too..the feeling was great and refreshing..we realised that there were not many trekkers and cyclists on the road, that was good we thought as we could keep the road to ourselves haha..we rode for abt an hour before going returning our bikes and had dinner at a small restaurant..my bro and his girlfriend ordered a big bowl of soup, a plate of fried chicken, a plate of omelette and three bowls of rice for each of us..yeah the food was delicious and appetizing..the sky was quite dark already by the time we have finished our food..we then strolled around for a little while nearby before heading back to the jetty. While we were waiting for the boat, we saw this villager fishing with his rod who got his catch quickly, it was a big black fish which i did not know what it's name was, there were white spots on it..at last the boat arrived and we boarded it and took the trip back to changi village..then we went to tiong bahru to buy some food at KFC for supper and then took the taxi to my bro's girlfriend house and played cards and gambled haha yeah..i lost the most amount of money i think haha..we stayed until around 2 in the morning and then my brother and me felt tired so we went home to sleep..yeah tat's abt all for the day..the pictures i uploaded onto my blog were the ones taken in pulau ubin today..
